History

On September 1st, 1989, the managers J. A van Biezen, U. Stein, H.J. Birkle and
P. Kooi celebrated in De Lier (The Netherlands) the successful start-up of the
enterprise TFC Holland. An appealing inventory and excellent customer service
led to corresponding growth of the enterprise.
As part of the expansion strategy, the company moved to a new location in Delft. Confirmed by their success and the right business strategy, the management of TFC Holland decided to change location once more. The newly developed commercial district "Maasdijk" was chosen for TFC Holland's headquarters, in close range to the market's most important hub for fresh fruit, vegetables and produce from all over the world: the port of Rotterdam.
State of the art cooling storage facilities with innovative refrigeration technology and the usage of CA technology are as important to TFC Holland's location as the newest IT and communications technology. The on-site logistics enabled optimized, fast, and above all, on-demand delivery to the customer with fresh exotic and off-season products in all of Europe.
In the future, FTC Holland's target is to establish new exotic products and brands on the European market. The most important quality certifications have been acquired by the enterprise.
